dear ademir DVD

a film by Daniel Coche and Simone Fluhr, 34'

Ademir Kenovic is a filmmaker in Sarajevo; during all the war, he stayed in Sarajevo and filmed its inhabitants.

His pictures have been on air on BBC and Arte. Daniel Coche invited Ademir Kenovic in the Strasbourg Film Festival before the war ; in 1998 he sent him a very personal letter, as a film mixing pictures from the dead Yougoslavia and demonstrations supporting bosnian democrats in Strasbourg. This letter tries to give some sense to our memory.
