Anne is an artist and a painter, but Anne has stopped to paint. Anne decides to go back to work again and the director decides to film her return to work, her evolution.
A progression that leads to a journey between Strasbourg and Paris. A journey where Anne goes back to her roots. In this film, the director and the painter build together an harmony, echoing Georges Braque's lapidary quote: "The painting is finished when the idea has disappeared".
